Studio 37 comprises of a single bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. Plus a sofa bed, lounge / dining area and adjoining kitchen. Outside there is a large sun trap private patio with a built in BBQ and dining area.

This studio has recently been renovated. It is as good as new and as you can see really looks the part. Very comfortable and has all the usual necessities. Perfect for a couple with one or two kids or perhaps just the two of you!

* As studio 13 and 37 back on to each other you have the potential to rent them together – turning the two studios into one. Giving you the opportunity to use the private patio and BBQ area in 37 but also access to the main pool outside the front door of studio 13.
