This is more than just a gym. It is also a sporting centre of excellence. The facilities
are second to none. So much so they have accomodated top english premiership football clubs and top flight rugby clubs for both pre-season and mid season training.
Browns were also the official base for the Russian national football team during the Euro 2004 championships.

The mini-bus will collect you at Planalto and you will be returned at the end of your evening, well fed and watered with choice Portuguese wines.  All part of their very high standard of service. The food is excellent. If you like steak and jumbo prawns this is the place for you.  Prices are very resonable and the quality is excellent.

Beatrice, who is French, looks after La Cabane, while her husband (Carlos) runs a fantastic restaurant next door.
